Arcade session timing across three builds
Q: how long is a run? A: short enough for a coffee break, long enough to show a skill ramp. Numbers below come from playtests on 5 November 2026, not from a store listing.
| Build | New player | Practised | Typical end |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hardhat Lane | ~25–45 s | ~60–120 s | Breach / wave clear streak |
| Chisel Run | ~25–45 s | ~60–100 s | Stress crack / seal hit |
| Deck Touch | ~20–40 s | ~60–120 s | Splash / triple bounce |
What timing tells the arcade ranking
Hardhat Lane’s early fails teach the economy fast. Chisel Run stretches when thin ice is paced. Deck Touch stretches when PERFECT landings chain. Session length alone does not set rank — readability does.
No invented averages
These bands are observed ranges, not marketing KPIs. If a later check shifts them, the date on the card moves with the numbers.
